Thorulf Löfstedt
Thorulf held a position as Lecturer of Art and Design at the University of Jönköping until 1988. On occasion he still holds seminars in many fields of design both nationally and internationally, mainly in areas such as product design, graphic design and colour theor
Until his retirement Thorulf managed several design companies of different sizes, contributing with his design to a number of products in Sweden and internationally, such as lighting for Fagerhult and play equipment for Hags and entrance controls for Gunnebo. Thorulf sold his well-established industrial design company T-Design in 2001 but left in 2002 at the same time as his retirement.
In 2004 Thorulf was awarded with the Red Dot Award in Germany for Hags play equipment Agito. Previously he has also received the awards Excellent Swedish Design, European Design Award and IF Design Award.
Currently Thorulf is working as a Senior Design Consultant involved in the development of new design companies. He is also working as Creator and Advisor in design for various companies, but mainly he is involved as partner of The Snowroom.
